At 5•5, we are convinced that design, through its global approach, is a great tool to enable companies and communities to reinvent themselves in a sustainable way and face the challenges of ecological transition.
To accomplish this mission, we have commitments that drive our daily work:
• always question the necessity of what we are going to design by imagining more virtuous alternatives
• create products, spaces and services with a low environmental impact
• defend local production to limit the carbon impact of transport
• support a local employment fabric and promote know-how
• preserve resources by promoting reuse, recycled materials, or the use of natural materials with low carbon impact
• anticipate the end of life of the objects and spaces that we create by thinking about durability, scalability, repairability and recyclability
• raise awareness and encourage the public to adopt a more responsible lifestyle
